The divine soul Shree Manju Ma was born to mother Kasumbaben and father Chunilal Vanmali Parekh on the auspicious day of July 7, 1925, in a Vaishnav family in the form of a daughter in the Bhadla village of Chotila Taluka of Surendranagar district of Saurashtra state. The home was filled with a spirit of dedication. She received the highest blessings and grace from Kuldevi Ma Chamunda Mataji, and she was imbued with Ambaji's devotional colours as early as the age of seven. She adhered to Kuldevi Shree Chamunda Mataji's Nitya Seva throughout her entire life.

Remaining celibate throughout her life, Pujya Manju Ma devoted her entire life in devotion to Maa Shakti and service to humanity. She kept everyone under her love and care considering each of them as her dear ones. With her sweet speech, gentle smile, kind eyes and loving touch, she was ready to serve, help and ease the pain of everyone. She always served the needy and showed the right path. A frail body but a serene mind possessed immeasurable spiritual strength so that she tirelessly served others and was ready to undergo any hardship herself to bring happiness to others
